- When You ARE Eligible for a Refund
We’ll issue a full refund if any of these apply. Contact us within 7 days of purchase:
- Duplicate Order: You were charged twice for the same product
- File Issue: The download is corrupted, won’t open, or is incomplete
- Non-Delivery: You paid but did not receive access, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- Wrong Product: You received a completely different product
